Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a core enterprise under Chengli Automotive Group. It is a large-scale automobile manufacturing enterprise designated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China for the production of various special-purpose vehicles. The company is located in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, with manufacturing bases in the southern suburb of Zengdu District and in Zengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The company is recognized by the Hubei Provincial People's Government as an automobile and component export base for the entire province. It is also the Emergency Support Mobilization Center for the modification of special vehicles in Hubei Province and a designated military procurement and mobilization supplier approved by the National Economic Mobilization Office and the General Logistics Department's Military Supplies and Fuel Department. By acquiring Hubei Dali Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the company obtained bus production qualifications. Its newly developed series of pure electric water spray trucks and sanitation trucks are now on the market and have received positive user feedback.

In terms of market share, output value, profits, and growth speed, the company is currently the number one in the special-purpose vehicle industry in Suizhou City, known as the "City of China's Special Vehicles."
