TyreON T2000
Work with extremely heavy wide wheels without complicated maneuvers
The larger and wider the wheel, the heavier it is to roll it over and maneuver it.
For that reason the TyreON T2000 comes with a large floorplate instead a hydraulic moving ramp.
The wide wheel can be place to any position on the floor plate
By joystick you move the chuck horizontally to the wheel to grab the rim and lift the heavy wheel
In this way, large wide tires on heavy rims can be easily disassembled without a moving ramp

Mounting arm and chuck always in one line
The mounting arm makes a co-ordinated movement with the chuck and always keep the wheel and the mounting head perfectly tangent, or in one line, in all situations.
Fully automated
The controller enables the automatic switching of the mounting arm from one side of the tyre to the other side of the tyre.
All functions, from the hydraulic clamping, the electric rotation of the wheel up to the hydraulic rotation of the mounting head, are automated. The controller allows one to perform 16 movements.

Hydraulic pump with second gear - 
Fast and efficient 
In addition to the 2-speed chuck, also the hydraulic pump has a second gear for all 14 hydraulic movements.
The controller allows one to move simultaneously both the chuck and the mounting arm from and towards each other. 
It speeds up work, contributes to the bead breaking force and makes it easier to change tyres up to 1.45 meters wide.
